Health@Laptop : Ways to Relax Your Eyes

Exercise #1:

  • Stretch your eyes to the maximum for 3 seconds;
  • and then close it completely for 3 seconds;
  • repeat this for 5 times.

Exercise #2:
  • stare at the object far in front of you and hold it for 3 seconds;
  • stare at the object on the right most and hold it for 3 seconds;
  • stare at the object on the left most and hold it for 3 seconds;
  • stare at the object to the top and hold it for 3 seconds;
  • stare at the object to the bottom and hold it for 3 seconds;
  • position your eyeballs back to normal level.
Exercise #3:
  • rub your palms for seconds till you feel the warm between your palms;
  • place your palms on your closed eyes for seconds;
  • repeat this for a few times.
